Practice and UAT exercises

Use a non-production environment with synthetic or approved training data. The facilitator supplies starting records and expected results.

  1. Find and verify: open Tracts, search for a named tract, verify its map context and facts, then return to the filtered list.
  2. Acquisition: review an intake, complete a sample LAS evaluation and diligence, generate a score sheet and memo, and verify the Board referral.
  3. Plan to actual: create a draft three-year plan, publish a revision, connect a work order, complete its actuals, and explain the variance.
  4. Field sync: review an assignment, record completion while disconnected if the environment supports it, reconnect, and verify server status.
  5. Disposition and board: open a case for an eligible synthetic tract, complete diligence, add it to a packet, and record a sample decision.
  6. Report: apply stated dashboard filters, verify sample rows, export CSV, and give another participant enough parameters to reproduce it.
  7. Access: show that a user without sensitive-data permission cannot view protected values while an authorized role can.

For each exercise record participant role, environment, application revision, result, defects, documentation feedback, and follow-up owner. Application defects belong in the defect tracker; wording and screenshot feedback belongs in the content-validation checklist.
